Friday 22nd March saw the first leg of the South Coast Golf Tour, held at Singing Hills Golf Course. Over 30 people some golfers, some networkers met for breakfast at 8am for the launch of the 2013 South Coast Golf Tour.
David Fluke, Tour Director for the South Coast Golf Tour & the Head professional at Hill Barn Golf Club and Avisford Park along with Claire Love Marketing, Networking, Sponsorship Director for South Coast Golf Tour and Networking Club opened up the event with a presentation & introduction on what to expect for the 2013 tour. Including that at each event there will be a fabulous prize table of at least £250 (and sometime a lot more!)
The players battled the wind out on the course & then all returned to the Club House for a sit down meal & the first day’s presentations which went to ..
1st Prize – Member – David Deering took away a fantastic carry bag
2nd Prize – Member – Matt Clifton–Bowley won a £100 voucher to spend at L. Guess Jewellers
Best Guest – Bill Broombrdge – Won a Putter
Nearest the Pin sponsored by Carpenter Box LLP – LADY Winner Carol Ann- Baker will be enjoying a bottle of champagne this weekend
Putting Competition Winner sponsored by Valusys MPS – Winner David Deering was presented with a sleeve of golf balls from MD Mark Perring
There was a fantastic buzz in the room as the afternoon finished with a celebration drink in the bar.

The next event is Friday 19th April at Crowborough Beacon Golf Club, the day is sponsored by Carpenter Box LLP as well as the season ticket holders they will be bringing 25 of their own guests along, its going to be a great event & were already looking forward to it.
